The City's Human Services Agency (HSA) conducted San Francisco's bi-annual city-wide homeless count .*Sophie Azouaou Board Member of Raphael House Shelter, and Host of Community TV Show "Touching Hearts", represented Raphael House Shelter, and with a team of Volunteers participated with the count on two different routes |
