Called an Interior Design Guru by Forbes Magazine, Sophie, the Founder and President of SophiSticate Interiors, is an Interior Designer, a national Keynote Speaker and Green Living Expert. She has earned a laundry list of credentials in the field of Design including a law degree with a minor in art.
She is the CREATOR of the "HIGH RISE DESIGN CONCEPT" and a Green Design expert. Sophie gives lectures on GREEN LIVING nationwide. She is a proud member of the Sustainable Furnishings Council
(SFC). A columnist and award winner contributing editor for various media.
Sophie won the "Best of Houzz 2018" for excellent services and she also won the "Best of Houzz 2012 Design Award". She was chosen by more than 1.2 million registered members of the Houzz Design Community.
She was was nominated for the 2011, Designer Of Distinction Award, for her work by the San Francisco Design Community.

In 2015 Sophie was centerfold on Gastronomique En Vogue (GEV) Magazine for her philanthropic and design work.
For several years she was a board member of Raphael House Shelter, and on the board of directors at Edgewood Center for Children and Families, "The oldest children's charity in the Western U.S."
She now serves on the Board of Directors of the Richmond/Ermet Aid Foundation (REAF) and was presented the REAF Commnity Service Award and is also on the Board of Earth Day San Francisco.
Her firm has broken new ground in the Interior Design industry by leveraging Interior Design to improve the lives of San Francisco's less fortunate. San Francisco Mayor Edwin Lee Proclaimed August 20th, to be Sophie’s Day In San Francisco. Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom [former SF Mayor] and Mayor Willie Brown Jr have recognized her great work and efforts in the community.
Since being awarded three City Proclamations for her philanthropic efforts by Gavin Newsom and Mayor Ed Lee and the press that followed, Sophie has been called upon by many non-profits, eco-friendly companies to represent them and spread their mission.
